Canada Post charges some stupidly high prices for any mail with a tracking number. So, most of my (generally small) items will be sent without tracking, and the shipping prices here reflect that. If you need any tracking, delivery confirmation, or insurance, please inquire for more info.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you wish to return an item, please contact me within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Any returns must be in the same unused condition as when originally shipped. I will either refund 100% of the item's value or exchange the item for an item of equal value—your choice. You will need to pay the return shipping and send the item with tracking. I can only fulfill your refund or exchange request after inspecting the returned item. If I see that the returned item is not in its original, unused condition, then I cannot fulfill your request; the item will be sent back to you after receiving the shipping fee from you.
If items were damaged due to original shipping, then I will provide a full refund or exchange. All damaged items must be reported to me within 24 hours of delivery. Any reports of damaged items must include at least one photograph of the damaged area.
Packages will be considered lost if not delivered within 45 calendar days from the shipping date. At that time, I will fill out a claim to Canada Post. While the claim is being processed, I will either resend the same item to you or refund the full amount of the item—your choice.
