Refunds and Exchanges
Sorry to hear you are not happy with the purchase. It happens - the expectations are different or the size is not right...
Don't worry! You can contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase, and if you are not satisfied, we will refund your money immediately on the return of the product.
The buyer is responsible for returned shipping cost.
If you want to exchange an item Shipping fees will be paid by us to send you a new product. But for the one you are returning, the cost of shipment will be on you. The new product will be sent to you as soon as the first product is returned.
The initial shipping cost is not refundable.
If you are not satisfied with the product please let us know before leaving a neutral or negative feedback.
We ship out all orders within 3-5 days, sometimes less.
Items are shipped to the address on your Etsy Account.
We send packages by international shipping, and it will take up to 6 weeks for the shipment to come to the customer. Depends of the location and also weather it is holiday.
If more then one item is in the cart, the shipment will be recalculated and cheaper then initially written.
We do not ship to P.O. BOX in USA.
