  1. Return Policy

Hound & Co is a virtual venue that is in the business of providing a network of responsible small and medium business sellers for purchasers of unique, artisanal, and handmade dog products. Each seller is responsible for setting their own clear and reasonable shop policies regarding refunds and returns. Individual policies will vary from shop to shop.

All sellers that choose to open a shop are urged to create and post a list outlining the return policies for their Hound & Co shop. Sellers must create reasonable return policies in good faith and must abide by such policies. All return policies must conform with Hound & Co's site-wide policies. Sellers are responsible for enforcing their own reasonable return policies. Hound & Co reserves the right to request that a seller modify a return policy. In the event that shop policies conflict with the Terms of Hound & Co, the Terms will supersede any shop policies.

Before purchasing, buyers are urged to get familiar with the shop's return policy, which can be found on their Shop Homepage by clicking Other Policies. Specific questions to the seller should be asked via the Conversations button on the Shop Homepage or on each product listing page.

Since each seller on Hound & Co runs their own shop independently, Hound & Co is not directly involved in the transaction made between buyers and sellers. When a buyer encounters an issue with a transaction (such as non-delivery or item falsely described), please first contact the seller to work towards a resolution. Since Hound & Co is not directly involved in the transaction made between buyers and sellers, we are unable to issue refunds for purchases.
