  • What is Hound & Co?

    Hound & Co is an online marketplace for all things hound. It is a marketplace for exclusive handcrafted dog-related products as well as an online resource for all things hound. You can find everything from handcrafted gifts to homemade dog treats.

  • To join our community of dog lovers, simply click the Register button on the home page. Create a new account using your email address then log in with your new username and password.

  • To create your own shop on Hound & Co you must first create an account. After creating an account, click on the Open a Shop link on your account page and follow the instructions provided.

  • Hound & Co offers secure payment processing for both sellers and buyers. We will not use the financial information you provide to use for any purpose other than to process your sale.

  • When you become a seller on Hound & Co you benefit from knowing that your products will be made visible to dog lovers all over the world. Seller accounts on Hound & Co are simple to set up and you can rest easy knowing that you will receive secure payment processing. You have the ability to set your product price, shipping fees, and tax rate.

  • At Hound & Co you will find a wide variety of different products including homemade dog treats, handcrafted toys, homemade dog outfits, and more. If it has anything to do with dogs, you will find it here at Hound & Co.

  • Hound & Co is run by dog lovers, for dog lovers. This website is the perfect platform for people who love dogs and want to share their love of dogs with the rest of the world. Hound & Co sets itself apart from other selling platforms by combining all things hound into one and promoting support for local rescue organizations.

  • Go into your account dashboard and under Items, click on your product name and at the bottom of the item there is an X. Click on that and remove your item. Make sure you would like to permanently delete the item.

  • It is free to set up a seller account on Hound & Co and you have the freedom to set the product price, shipping fees, and tax rate for each item you sell. For each sale made, a 4% fee of the total sale will be collected by Hound & Co in exchange for providing a hosting platform for your shop. 

  • When you become a seller on Hound & Co your shop will automatically become visible to every Hound & Co user. Buyers can view shops by category or search for specific products. You also have the option to sign up for promoted listings to have your listings featured on the homepage. If you would like to be promoted on the homepage or via our Blog, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts please contact us at bark@houndand.co

  • Stripe:

    Once you've made your first charges on Hound & Co, your first transfer will be initiated and should post within 7 days. Note: this is 7 days after your first charge and not 7 days after you create your account. The exact timing of your first transfer can vary depending on many factors. If you have not received your funds by 7 days after your first charges, you should verify that the transfer hasn't failed for some reason and that your bank account information has been entered correctly.


    After your first charge, transfers are made daily and are composed of the payments that were processed two days prior (business days). Example: September 5th charges are deposited by September 7th, and September 6th charges are deposited by September 8th. This schedule is different for every country. You can also check your deposit schedule under your Stripe dashboard > Transactions > Transfers.


    In order to check on the details of your earnings, please go to https://connect.stripe.com and sign into your account.

    Paypal:

    Hound & Co does not pull the transaction fee until the end of your monthly billing cycle. At that time, we bill you 4% of your month's total sales (shipping and tax not included). 


    If you would like to view a simple overview of your income and other shop earnings, please go to ACCOUNT > My Shop > Orders. For any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • We are proud to partner with local rescue organizations to promote events, to raise funds, and to provide an avenue to spotlight rescue pets that are in need of a loving fur-ever home. Through your own rescue page, you can post about any upcoming events, adoptable pets, raise funds, etc. The list is endless! Rescue organizations do so much for homeless pets around the country and Hound & Co seeks to provide them with some much needed love and support.

  • To create your own rescue page on Hound & Co you must first create an account. After creating an account, click on the Open a Rescue link on your account page and follow the instructions provided.

  • Through the Hound & Co platform local rescue organizations are able to promote events, provide an avenue to spotlight rescue pets in need of homes, and link back to their website. Each month, Hound & Co sponsors a specific rescue organization on their website and social media pages. You can also use the rescue page to search for local rescue organizations across the country where you can volunteer, donate, or adopt a pet.
